Dow Automotive System (DAS) provides a broad portfolio serving both automotive OEM and its tiers. Products include elastic bonding adhesive and its usage in aftermarket, structural adhesive, carbon fiber composite for body structure and composite bonding adhesive.
Develop new business among Global OEM/Tier customers
Manage/improve key account relationship to achieve brand loyalty
Channel management to maintain high level service to customer with low cost
Good learning capability to catch up industrial as well as product knowledge
Good communication skill and capable to transfer market information/trend and customer unmet needs to relevant DA department for following up
At least 5 year working experience in automotive related industries, familiar with OEM/tiers businesses and customers
Good knowledge of PU system/components or adhesive (PU or Epoxy basis) applications
Experience in channel/distribution management
Well understand in value selling as well as win-win negotiations
Good in commutation, team work, self-discipline, prioritization and working independently
Good in written and oral English
Can manage frequent traveling up to 50% of working hours
