The Dow Chemical Company has an opportunity for a Digital Sales Specialist for DMPC in Thowal, Saudi Arabia . This position develops and implements business strategy while providing digital sales solution. The Digital Sales Specialist is responsible for meeting customer needs and driving profitable business growth.
Responsible for managing Dow KSA businesses customer relationships, selling products and solutions, and driving profitable growth
Customer and market related activities; strategic account management, relationship building, associations and forums participation, Contract negotiations, Competitive analysis, Profitability analysis
Overall market evaluation; segment exploration, market assessment, opportunity identification, market potential and attractiveness evaluations
Other business related activities – forecasting, aligning internal departments such as customer service and supply chain to T1 customer strategy.
The local territory could include multiple countries and/or global management of small /medium global customers
Technology understanding extended to application.
Skills in (a) negotiation, (b) bias for actions, (c ) persuasive and influential, (e) interpersonal effectiveness, (f) adaptive for change and crisis management
